Manny Pacquiao to sing his own entrance song for Floyd Mayweather fight

Manny Pacquiao is a man of many talents. Or at least many activities. While he’s a phenomenal boxer, he’s less naturally profound at being but still technically a professional basketball player and coach, an elected official, a movie star and, yes, even a pop star. He’s got so many singles under his (title) belt that Drake roasted him at last year’s ESPY Awards.

But Pacquiao isn’t about to let a Canadian rapper get him down. In fact, he’s doubling down on his talents and preparing for his much-anticipated May 2 bout against Floyd Mayweather by recording a brand-new song to use as his entrance music for the big night.

The recording session looks amazingly similar to the Drake spoof, but the song, helped along by composer Lito Camo, is a little different from “Let It Go.” But also more likely to be adopted as the national anthem of the Philippines one day.
