Cary Williams, who is expected to become a free agent when the market opens at 4 p.m. Tuesday, has a deal in place to join the Seattle Seahawks’ Legion of Boom defense.
Williams, who was released by the Philadelphia Eagles last week, is expected to fly to Seattle and sign later in the day, ESPN reports.
